I have a lot of blushes. Hence I have quite a few favourites. When I receive a new blush for review and find myself using it daily rather than digging one of my umpteen favourites out of my blush drawer then I know it’s a winner. That my friends is what has happened with the beautiful limited edition Trianon Edition Diorblush Corail Bagatelle($43 CAD/$44 US).
The powder is embossed with a lovely bow design and Dior inscription and housed in the slender, deep navy Diorblush packaging with a very usable brush and velvet pouch.
The shade is a bright coral pink. I love the fact that I can apply this blush before I even decide whether I’m going the pink or peachy/coral route with my lips because this shade is very universal. The formula offers a radiance without noticeable shimmer. It looks very skin like with no powdery or chalky effect thanks to a somewhat translucent finish. Don’t let the colour in the pan scare you because this is a buildable shade. It is easy to apply it sheerly for a very natural look or build it up for a bolder pop of colour.
The Dior Spring 2014 Trianon Collection Diorblush Trianon Edition Corail Bagatelle became available January 15th, 2014 at Dior Counters nationwide and Sephora.
