The formula is an oil and water emulsion enriched with natural hibiscus extract for a plumping effect while hyaluronic boosts hydration. There is also a cooling effect to this lip inks. One of the unique features of this product is the double layer of colour it provides. There is a base stain colour that lasts for hours and hours while a top lacquer effect colour offers more vibrant colour and in the case of some shades even a glitter finish.
