The Lise Watier Jardin de Givre Winter 2013 Collection includes the release of three permanent Smokey Kohl Velours Eye Pencils ($20 CAD) in Noir Velours, Brun Velours, and Violet Velours (shown).
Violet Velours is a nicely pigmented liner with just the right amount of creaminess to apply smoothly without being messy. The shade applies smokier than it looks in the pencil. It is a wonderful deep smokey purple that works beautifully for sultry purple and plum eye looks. It is deep enough to not scare off those that shy away from colour but is a nice twist on a traditional neutral.
