Guerlain has reinvented the KissKiss lipstick for Fall 2014. The new Guerlain KissKiss Shaping Cream Lip Colour ($37 US/$41 CAD) is dressed in a new modern lacquered black case with engraved golden top. They have a nice luxury heft to them.
The formula hydrates with Mango Butter and plumps lips for a kissable look with hyaluronic acid spheres while Commiphora Myrrha Oil smooths the lips. This formula feels really lovely on. Light and very moisturizing. I feel like I’m giving my lips a treatment while wearing it. The two shades I tried have a translucency to them while still offering a nice amount of pigment.
344 Sexy Coral is a beautiful bright coral that has a softness to it that makes it far more wearable on me than most coral shades. The translucency and sheen makes lips look plump and juicy. This shade has no shimmer.
368 Baby Rose is a gorgeous medium rose pink with gold shimmer. The glitter is very noticeable on the lips when you first apply and rub your lips together but I don’t find I really notice it beyond that point while wearing it. As the shade wears of in 3-4 hours I do find quite a lot of glitter left behind but it doesn’t tend to migrate beyond my lips with normal wear.
There are a total of 26 shades available with the Star Shade being 325 Rouge Kiss and a Sephora Exclusive Shade 302 Romantic Kiss.
