I love seasonal collections that can be incorporated into my routine year round. The Giorgio Armani Eccentrico Holiday 2013 collection offers an unexpected mix of colorful and festive hues that shake up the conventional holiday expectations and I am loving the strong and flamboyant colours. We can only have so much gold, silver, and glittery red over the holidays.
To create this exceptional palette of explosive shades, Linda Cantello took her inspiration from Giorgio Armani’s travelling fashion exhibition Eccentrico, which reveals a collection of 51 equally bold and extravagant dresses designed by the Maestro. The result is an unprecedented palette of fresh and luminous tones that breaks away from the House of Armani’s traditional codes. The complexion is illuminated by a zesty mix of light blushes. The lips and nails display matching dazzling shades, while offering contrasting matte and shiny textures. The eyes are ethereal, almost bare.
