When applied more strongly it looks practically wet it is so illuminating. You can also apply it with a lighter hand for just a touch of luminous glow.
This shadow is simply magical. So beautiful. It makes an absolutely stunning inner corner highlight. You could even apply softly to the high points of your face as a highlighter. The shimmer is incredibly fine milled so it is not glittery at all yet still intense if that is the look you are going for.
The Dior Fusion Mono 621 Mirror is available October 2014 everywhere Dior is sold and I do believe it is a permanent addition to the Fusion Mono lineup. Yes!
