I am beginning to explore a, new to me, brand called Institut Esthederm Paris. You may be familiar with their sister brand Bioderma. I have so many skincare favorites from Bioderma so I’m excited to explore the more higher end skincare range from Institut Esthederm Paris. The products are conveniently grouped according to the main skincare concerns you are looking to address which made it easy for me to target in on the Lift & Repair Line. From that line I will be trying:
The Institut Esthederm Paris Lift & Repair Absolute Tightening Serum and the Lift & Repair Absolute Smoothing Cream products partner perfectly together.
The Absolute Lift & Repair Tightening Serum ($119 CAD/30ml) is a highly concentrated formula to tighten and tone the skin. If you are looking to target fine lines and wrinkles, along with sagging facial contours then this is your serum. It produces an instant cosmetic tensor effect to make skin look and feel lifted and firm. It works in the background to repair and correct fine lines and wrinkles for more youthful looking skin. It includes the TCS Time Control System to visibly slow down the signs of premature aging. It also includes their patented revitalizing Cellular Water.
The Lift & Repair Absolute Smoothing Cream ($119 CAD/50ml) is again targeted at fine lines and wrinkles and loss of firmness. It provides all the same lifting and repairing benefits of the serum with intense hydration and radiance. It is a rich cream that absorbs well into the skin without any heavy or greasy feeling.
Also part of the line is the Lift & Repair Eye Contour Lift Patches ($ CAD). Oh how I love eye masks and these once a month intensive patches instantly rejuvenate, smoothe, and lift the eye area. Your eye area is transformed with the instant wrinkle smoothing technology. These are perfect before a big event.
For an exfoliant to target dullness and enlarged pores I’ll be using the Institut Esthederm Paris Intensive AHA Peel Concentrated Serum ($79 CAD). This serum actually includes a 12% concentration of AHA and BHA (alpha hydroxy and beta hydroxy acids). This peel brightens and unifies the skin tone by reducing the appearance of dark spots and surface unevenness. It exfoliates to eliminate dead skin cells and reveal more radiant skin. It also helps tighten the appearance of pores. A good chemical (not manual) exfoliant is essential to any good skincare routine so I’m excited to have this concentrated serum in my routine.
Institut Esthederm Paris also has a variety of sun care and body care products. The luxe Institut Esthederm Paris High Nutrition Firming Body Balm ($59 CAD/250ml) is such an indulgence for the skin. This firming body balm targets loose skin bringing in more suppleness and firmness. It melts into the skin richly hydrating and nourishing with shea butter, glycerin, royal jelly, and essential minerals. The Sculpt technology it features utilizes powerful plant based peptides to firm and tighten. I must admit I’m getting really hooked on luxurious body products. I used to stick to the basics for body care but my aging skin is craving more these days!
Have you tried anything from Esthederm? What are your faves?
