Charlotte Tilbury has released a new Filmstar duo palette. The Charlotte Tilbury Filmstar Bronze & Glow Palette ($ US/$ CAD) features the same stunning rose gold packaging as the iconic Filmstar Bronze & Glow bronzer and highlighter duo. Rather than the sculpt shade being pared with a highlighter, this limited edition palette features the incredibly flattering bronzer with a glowing pink blush.
The Filmstar Bronze & Blush comes with a mini blush brush of wonderful quality. It is so incredibly soft and picks up product beautifully. The size of the brush head paired with the exceptional quality make this a brush delivers full sized performance but with a shorter handle that is perfect for travel. And travel is just what this palette is perfect for. The naturally flattering bronzer and blush shade will pair beautifully with any number of looks.
The powders are beautifully presented with embossed details reminiscent of light beams and the radiant and healthy glow you will achieve wearing this duo. There is a large mirror on the inner lid of the compact and the lid can be propped up at any angle and stay there for ease of application.
Here are the swatches. I do find that the bronzer is best suited to fair to light/medium skin tones. I don’t think this shade will show up on more tanned skin. The blush is a bright beautiful pink that has a transparent quality that allows you to wear it softly or build up for a more intense flush.
If you are wondering how these shades compare to other Charlotte Tilbury products I’ve included some comparisons. I believe this is supposed to be the same sculpt shade as the Filmstar Bronze and Glow but I actually found my Bronze & Blush sculpt shade to be a touch lighter.
Comparing the Blush Glow shade to the Cheek to Chic Swish & Pop Blusher in Love Glow the Filmstar Bronze and Blush shade is a deeper shade of pink with a bit less glow.
I think this limited edition Charlotte Tilbury Bronze & Blush Glow in Light to Medium is a must have for any Charlotte Tilbury, or luxury beauty lovers collection. These are the kind of shades you can use every day and you won’t regret your purchase.
Charlotte Tilbury has also brought back the limited edition Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution Lipstick in Opium Noir that was previously available as part of the limited edition Film Noir Nights Set.
Opium Noir is a dark berry crimson and makes for an absolutely stunning and sexy vampy lip.
What is calling your name most? The bronzer and blush duo or the lipstick?
