Yves Saint Laurent La Laque Couture Nail Lacquer ($27 CAD) is without a question one of the best nail polish formulas out there. I have never tried a shade that wasn’t perfection. Even coverage, fast drying, super glossy finish, lovely tapered brush, and incredible ease of application. The limited edition 48 Rose Scabiosa and newly permanent 49 Rouge Pablo from the YSL Spring 2014 Flower Crush Collection are just two more shades to add to this roster perfection.
Rose Scabiosa is a lovely pale cool pink. Not the kind of shade I would normally find myself attracted to but goodness, she is too pretty to resist.
Rouge Pablo is a stunning deep pink red. It has such a beautiful quality about it. I can already tell this is going to be a go to pedicure shade for me this summer.
The YSL Spring 2014 Collection becomes available in Canada this month, February 2014, at Holt Renfrew, Hudson’s Bay, and select Sephora and Murale locations.
