My first introduction to the Youngblood Mineral Cosmetics line was with their wonderful Contour Palette. I have been playing with some more products from the vegan and cruelty free luxury natural makeup brand and I’ve continued to be impressed by the beautiful formulas and wearable shades.
The new Youngblood Mineral Illuminating Tint Body ($37.50 US) comes in a generous 175ml lock pump bottle and gives the most lovely, natural sunkissed glow to the skin. It blends in to a very natural tint of colour on my fair skin. My favourite part about this body illuminator is, that unlike most products on the market in this category, the glow is very natural and refined. You aren’t left with random gold sparkle bits all over your body. The shimmer is very, very fine and absolutely gorgeous. Once dried down into the skin I don’t experience any transfer. I rubbed my arm against my black pants and no mess! The tint washes off easily at the end of the day with soap and water.
If you want a little more eye catching glow than you will love the Youngblood Lunar Dust ($33 US). The loose light reflecting powders give the most stunning radiance to face and body. It is a noticeable glow but still refined giving you a sophisticated shimmer. There are three shades available. Twilight (shown) is the lightest shade while there are two more sunkissed options available for deeper skintones, Sunset and Dusk.

The Youngblood Pressed Mineral Blush ($25 US) comes in a convenient, sleek magnetic closure mirrored compact. There are matte, satin, and shimmer finishes available in a range of shades. The shade I have is the matte shade Blossom. It is such a pretty natural pink. This is the kind of colour you can throw on with any look without having to think about it. You know it’s going to look gorgeous. The powder formula is incredibly silky and pigmented and the matte finish isn’t at all flat or chalky. It has a more skin like natural glow to it. I love this blush!

Another perfectly natural pink is the Youngblood Lipstick ($19 US) in Blushing Nude. This shade is a lovely nude pink with very, very subtle shimmer that gives the lips a lovely glow. The formula is lanolin free and enriched with natural oils and vitamins leaving your lips feeling like you are wearing a lip treatment rather than a lipstick.
