I have always brushed all these tinted balm releases aside without much interest or excitement but in the last few weeks I have discovered several new formulas and shades I not only like, but that I love. The new&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/1vSBm7R\" rel=\"nofollow\"><strong>Clarins Instant Light Lip Balm Perfector<\/strong><\/a> ($23 US\/$22 CAD) is one of them.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/realizingbeauty.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/MTQyNjM0NDQzMDc1MTY3NTU5.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p>The formula includes wild mango butter to protect against dehydration&nbsp;offering&nbsp;a comfortable and supple feel. Shea butter nourishes and protects and gives the balms a smooth creamy finish.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/realizingbeauty.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/MTQyNjM0NDQzMDc1MjMzMDk1.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p>The shade I have tested is <strong>01 Rose<\/strong>. It is a gorgeous soft rose pink that gently nudes out the lips a little with a pretty pale pink without&nbsp;migrating into lines. It has a gorgeous glossy shine.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/realizingbeauty.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/MTQyNjM0NDQzMDc1MzY0MTY3.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p>The Clarins Instant Light Lip Balm Perfector has a sweet candy scent. Normally this kind of scent would annoy me but it is very light&nbsp;and subtle. I quite enjoy it.<\/p>\n<figure><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/realizingbeauty.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/MTQyNjM0NDQzMzM5NzM2Mzkx.jpg\"><\/figure>\n<p>I am particularly fond of this tinted balm because I love how it gives me that pretty milky pink lip look without looking chalky or settling into lip lines.&nbsp;I also love the very slim design and packaging of the balm.
