I thought it was about time I do a proper review with swatch pics!<\/p>\n<p>Tuscan Sunset is a very richly pigmented, soft, blendable eye shadow with subtle shimmer. It works just as beautifully as a blush as it does as an eyeshadow. I don&#8217;t know about you but I love being able to get the most bang for my buck with a&nbsp;multi-functional&nbsp;product. I actually think Le Metier de Beaute may have more sales marketing this eye shadow as a blush but I know their fabulous artists are great about recommending this product for it&#8217;s duality. I can&#8217;t tell you how Tuscan Sunset compares to Echo as I do not own it, nor have I seen Echo in person. I would have to guess though that Tuscan Sunset is quite a bit warmer than Echo from the pics I&#8217;ve seen.<\/p>\n<p>These pictures were taken in late afternoon sun so it has warmed them up quite a bit.
