Embrace French Riviera, vintage style with this collection of sun and sky drenched colours. I am absolutely loving the OPI Retro Summer 2016 collection because the shades are like a perfect marriage of pastel and brights. Soft but not too soft, bright but not too bright.

The six limited edition shades in the collection are:
- SPF XXX – An orange-red so hot, it’s off the charts.
- I’m Getting a Tan-gerine – Warm up to this a-peeling, citrusy orange.
- Flip Flops & Crop Tops – The perfect bright pink to go with all your summer faves.
- What’s the Double Scoop? – Rumor has it this summer-fun pink is taken…by me!
- Sailing & Nail-ing – A light, breezy blue to charm your first mate.
- Towel Me About It – This flirty, sunny yellow speaks volumes on style.

I won’t give individual critique on each of these shades because they all performed equally. The swatches above show 2 coats with no base or top coat. 2 coats offered good even coverage. For 100% even coverage 3 coats may be required but I thought they looked good enough with two. The formula was easy to work with and the shades are all GORGEOUS. This entire collection is a win for me.
The OPI Retro Summer collection available now in both lacquer and matching GelColor formulas. OPI nail lacquers retail for ($10 US/$12.50 CAN) at Professional Salons, as well as NailPolishCanada.com, Beauty Brands, beautybrands.com, Chatters, Dillard’s, Regis, ULTA and ulta.com.
