For Fall 2016 Dior has not only expanded the shade range of their Dior Fix It Colour 2-in-1 Prime & Colour Correct ($45 CAD) to include three new shades, (025, 400, and 500) to offer deeper shade options, they have also added a range of four colour filter shades for colour correcting.
I love the Dior Fix It sticks because they are so creamy and easy to blend. While I’m not usually a fan of thicker cream products for colour correcting these are lightweight and silky smooth. They are wonderful to work with. I am so happy they’ve expanded the range to include colour correcting shades. The core’s formula is enriched with a soft focus agents to blur skin texture and smooth imperfections, while the outer ring offers the pigmentation.
- 100 Blue – brightens and adds radiance to sallow and tired skin.
- 200 Apricot – neutralizes dark spots and hyperpigmentation. Tones down olive toned dark circles and warms dull skin tones. Recommended for deeper skin tones.
- 300 Yellow – neutralizes plum toned discolourations like under eye circles. It can also neutralize the mauve/plum tone in lips that can often alter lip colour shades. Recommended for lighter skin tones.
- 400 Green – neutralizes redness. Ideal for correcting visible blood vessels and blemishes.
Will you be trying these out? The formula is heavenly and, let’s be honest, they are just dang pretty to look at! That packaging is gorgeous.
