This week the Makeup Wars Team is sharing our favorite Beauty Tools. I can’t wait to see everyone’s picks! I have left brushes out of this post, as trying to list all my favorite brushes would be a post in itself.

Clarisonic Aria – I don’t know what I would do without my Clarisonic. It has become an integral part of my skincare routine. Not only does it help my skincare absorb better into the skin and therefore be more effective, but it also keeps my pores clear and tight.
MICRO Pedi – This thing has been a saviour for my feet. I don’t even bother with pricey pedicures anymore. The MICRO Pedi just anhialates dead, dry, rough, and tough skin on my feet and leaves them looking and feeling incredibly soft. It is so effective.
beautyblender – This is one namesake product that really does outdo all its competition. I could not live without beautyblenders in my makeup ritual or in my professional kit. I find this sponge offers the most flattering finish and coverage for almost every foundation I’ve tested it with. I rarely use my fingers or a makeup brush to apply my foundation anymore. Any imitations have been absolute horrible fails with the exception of the Real Techniques Sponge which is a really good, affordable substitute.
Eyelash Curler – I have straight eyelashes that point down, so an eyelash curler is an absolute must for me. I am very picky with eyelash curlers and the iconic shu uemura eyelash curler was the only one that I was really happy with until I recently discovered the new Tweezerman Lash Logic Series ProMaster Lash Curler (available February 2016). It is designed for almond or deep set eyes to access even hard to reach lashes. It has a thin top bar that provides an extra wide opening allowing it to sit comfortably against your lash line. There is also a rose gold Lash Logic Series – ProCurl Lash Curler available that is curved and designed for round eyes.
Tweezerman Ultra Precision Point Tweezer – The super precise needle tip tweezer will not only reach the tiniest stray brow hair but they are also perfect for removing slivers (available February 2016.).
Burton Crystal Nail Files – I have really thin, weak nails that are prone to ripping and shredding. I cannot use a normal nail file or emery board as it is just far too harsh on my nails and leaves them rough, jagged, and prone to tearing. Crystal nail files have changed my “nail life”. The Burton Crystal File is the first one I ever tried and any other one I have tried since has, while better than an emery board, still been a bit to aggressive for my nails. I have stayed true to the Burton Files for over a decade now.
