One of the biggest trends in beauty over the last while, aside from contouring of course, is brows. One of the most exciting part about the huge focus on brows is the volume of brow products being released in the market. We went from having a relatively small range of products to choose from, and for some of us a rather difficult time sourcing out good colour matches, to having a vast variety of brow products and shades available from so many beauty brands including high end and drugstore.
Maybelline New York’s recent addition to the market is the new Maybelline Brow Drama Pro Palette ($16.99 CAD). This kit contains everything you need for Instagram worthy brows. Inside the slim kit you will find a smooth setting wax, a soft pigment brow powder, and a brow highlighting powder. I love how the brow powder is very pigmented and smooth making it very easy to work with. The kit also contains firm dual-ended brush and a spoolie to ensure perfect application even on the go.
There are four shades available:
- Blonde
- Auburn
- Soft Brown
- Deep Brown
I love that the Blonde shade isn’t too warm making it wearable on even more skin tones. Blonde is a little too dark for me but maybe one day they will add a lighter shade to the mix.
