MAKE UP FOR EVER is embracing the contouring trend beyond just the complexion. The new MAKE UP FOR EVER Pro Sculpting Collection has products targeted and sculpting your face, brows, and lips.

The MAKE UP FOR EVER Pro Sculpting Face Palette ($45 US/$54 CAD) is available in four shade combinations. 20 (for light skin tones), 30 (for medium skin tones), 40 (for tan skin tones), 50 (for dark skin tones). Each palette includes four cream products. A highlight, contour, shimmer, and color (blush).

I have shade 20 which is the lightest option. The shades in this palette worked beautifully on my fair skin. I was delighted to see that the highlight shade (which has a subtle shimmerless glow) applied lighter on the skin than it appeared in the pan. It gave a beautiful illumination to my skin. The contour shade is perfect. I don’t often turn to creams, as I find powders easier to apply in a rush, but this contour cream applies and blends smoothly and effortlessly. It is such a pleasure to work with. The shimmer shade is exactly what you would expect. A shimmering highlight. The shimmer has quite a metallic quality so I did prefer the highlight shade to highlight my complexion with and would use this shimmer shade for a touch of sparkle on the lid or inner corner of the eye. The color shade is on par with the MAKE UP FOR EVER HD Blush formula. If I were to be picky I would have chosen pink or rose blush shade for fair skin over this coral toned blush but it does look lovely on the skin. All of the creams in this palette are non sticky, lightweight, and a joy to work with. I can see myself picking up more shades of this palette for use in my pro kit.

The MAKE UP FOR EVER Pro Sculpting Lip ($27 US/$32 CAD) is a really unique lip product. When I first look looked at this product I found myself not wanting to like it. I just thought it was such an unusual concept. Well I was surprised to discover that I actually like this.

The Pro Sculpting Lip has an opaque, semi-matte twist up lip pencil on one end and a powder to cream (yes powder) highlighter on the other end. The highlighter is dispensed on a sponge applicator from the cap. The lipstick is a beautiful cream formula that offers full coverage and a natural finish. It is very long wearing without being dry. The formula is infused with oil for comfortable, hydrating wear.

The highlighter has a subtle iridescent finish which give the lips a beautiful highlight without glossiness. I really love the effect!

The shade I tested was the MAKE UP FOR EVER Pro Sculpting Lip in 10 Rosewood. Rosewood applied with a more berry tone on the lips than it appeared in the pencil. I LOVE the shade!

With the highlighter applied on the centre of the lips:

The MAKE UP FOR EVER Pro Sculpting Brow ($27 US/$32 CAD) is a really great concept. Not only is this a brow pencil with included spoolie for taming and grooming, but it also includes a matte (I find it to have a luminous quality without shimmer) highlight powder for highlighting the brow bone. I find I usually tend to turn to the same shades over an over again for a brow highlight so to have it included right with your brow product for easy access is really handy.

There are 5 shades available:
- 10 Blonde
- 20 Dark Blonde
- 30 Brown
- 40 Dark Brown
- 50 Brown Black
The shade I have is 30 Brown so I haven’t really been able to adequately test it but the formulas seem really great. The brow pencil has the right amount of dryness and firmness while still applying with ease. I really love the finish of the highlight powder as well.
