I thought I would show you a look today inspired by some recent, and beautiful, releases from L’Oreal Paris. First up we have the main focus of this look, the new L’Oreal Infallible Pro-Contour Contour & Highlight Palette ($19.99 CAD). These palettes include a matte contour and shimmering highlight shade in three variations targeted at different skin tones.
- Light
- Medium
- Deep

The contour and highlight shade share a pan in a slim, slender compact that has sculpting tips and illustrations included right on the packaging. The powder formula uses micronized powders for a lightweight application that blends seamlessly into the skin. I was really pleased with the quality of these powders. So much so that I ended up creating this whole look around them. I used all three palettes on my face as well as my eyes. The Light shade has a beautiful neutral taupe shade for contouring and a pale yellow for highlighting. The Medium palette’s contour shade worked beautifully as a bronzer to warm up my complexion and also in the crease of the eye. I applied the highlight shade to my lids. I contoured the eye with the contour shade in the Deep palette and the highlight shade in the Deep palette made a gorgeous blush on my fair skin.

On my lips I’m wearing the fourth shade in the L’Oreal Paris La Palette Lip in Nudes ($19.99 CAD), a beautiful peachy pink. There is also a Ruby palette available full of eye catching reds. These palettes are great for having a variety of stunning lip shades on hand in one slim, convenient palette.

The shades are nicely pigmented with a lightweight creamy texture that I really enjoy.

For mascara I am wearing the new L’Oreal Voluminous Butterfly Sculpt Mascara ($13.99 CAD). I love the Voluminous Butterfly mascaras, and this newest version does not disappoint. The innovative elastomer comb/brush has small inner bristles that create a tightline effect. I did have to comb out my lashes after application but the end results are impressive.

For this look I am wearing the amazing L’Oreal Paris True Match Lumi Cushion Foundation ($24.99 CAD) in N2. I absolutely love this foundation for effortless, natural coverage. The hydrating formula looks great on my dry skin and leaves it looking radiant. Being able to apply quickly with the included sponge makes it so convenient.

Have you tried any of these new launches from L’Oreal? I must say I’m impressed!
