I always look forward to the Lise Watier seasonal collections. They never disappoint and always offer such beautifully packaged, high quality products. The Summer 2014 Eden Tropical Collection is no exception.
The Palette Eden Tropical Eyeshadows ($43 CAD) and Eden Tropical Bronzing Powder ($38 CAD) come housed in these very colourful, lush tropical inspired compacts.
The Eden Tropical Bronzing Powder offers a peach blush shade in the centre and a bronzer shade around the perimeter. The finish is a lovely satin shimmer. The perfect amount of shimmer for a glow that is appropriate day or night. The bronzer is a wonderful shade that isn’t orange or muddy. If you want to further warm up the bronzer shade you can simply mix the two shades together.
The Palette Eden Tropical Eyeshadows are a very creamy powder formula with great pigmentation and lovely shimmer. The shades are a mix of warm and cool, neutral and bright. Very versatile with many possible combinations that work beautifully together.
One of my favourite items in the collection is the Hydra Kiss Colour Balm ($22 CAD) in Rose Eden. It has excellent colour payoff, a beautiful glossy finish, and it lasts for a couple hours. It has retractable packaging so having to find a sharpener for the chubby pencil is never an issue. It also comes in Coral Paradise which I may just have to pick up because the formula is wonderful.
Also being released this summer is a new permanent lip product. The Lise Watier Rouge Gourmand Velours ($22 CAD). These are smooth, creamy, richly pigmented matte lipsticks that hydrate lips with jojoba and sweet almond oils as well as Vitamin E. There are 9 shades available. Shown is Almond Cake.
Back to the Summer collection we have two new limited edition shades of Nail Polish ($13.50 CAD). Shown is Coral Paradise. Also available is Rose Eden.
Also available in the shades Rose Eden and Coral Paradise in the collection are the new limited edition Blush Creme Satin ($24 CAD). A beautiful cream blush that dries to a powder finish.
The summer collection brings four new shades of Ombre Souffle Supreme Eyeshadow ($24 CAD). These silky, mouse powder eyeshadows are gorgeous and are now enhanced with the power of the exclusive concentrated Labrador Tea Extract. The new shades are Prune Astral, Inker Bell, Sortilege, and Wonderland. Shown is Sortilege.
There is also a new 24 HRS Gel Liner launching with the collection in a deep jet black.
The Lise Watier Summer 2014 Eden Tropical Collection will be available from mid April 2014 until July 2014 at Lise Watier counters and LiseWatier.com. All products shown are limited edition with the exeption of the new shades of Ombre Souffle Supreme eyeshadows and the new Rouge Gourmand Velours which are becoming part of the permanent line.
