I am completely blown away by the Fall 2013 Tartantastique Collection from Lise Watier. Lucky for me, and all of you, this collection works just as beautifully in Summer as it will in the Fall. No waiting to enjoy these beautiful shades.

The limited edition Quatuor Tartantastique Eyeshadow Quartet ($36) is packaged in a fun plaid print compact and contains lovely shades of delicate pink, bellflower mauve, teal blue, and hunter green. This palette offers both fun and bright shades for the perfect summer look as well as seasonal shades for fall when you use less of the teal and incorporate more of the hunter green. I have been using this palette almost daily since receiving it. The colours and formula are divine.

The Dramatique Intense Extra Smooth Liner ($20) in the new shade Prune is the perfect deep plum purple. It is intense enough to line eyes with impact and not leave you yearning for your usual black but offers enough colour to add interest to your look. It’s waterproof formula doesn’t budge and it’s smooth application makes it a pleasure to work with. This is going to be a staple in my collection now.

The collection also offers a new limited edition shade of Rouge Sublime Lipstick in Tartan ($21) that is a gorgeous berry red that is soft enough to look just as perfectly suited to a summer’s day as a crisp fall evening. This lipstick offers comfortable, long lasting wear that leaves my lips feeling soft and looks amazing topped with the coordinating Natural Shine shade of Haute Lumiere High Shine Lip Gloss ($22). This sheer mauve pink looks great alone or to add a plump gloss to the Tartan lipstick. The gloss has a built in light that makes evening applications on the go a breeze.

The new matte version of the Havana Bronzing Powder ($29) give the perfect year round glow without shimmer or sparkle. The shade works well on my fair skin and doesn’t leave me looking orange nor muddy.

Two new limited edition nail polishes join the collection including Pink Plaid Nail Lacquer ($13) which is a wonderful sort of greyed mauve pink . It is a great take on a nude nail. The cap includes a light for easy application.

I will be posting my summer inspired look using this collection soon so stay tuned. The Lise Watier Fall 2013 Tartantastique Collection should not be missed! It is in store now until some time in October 2013 at Lise Watier counters and on LiseWatier.com (US shipping available!).
