Unless you’ve just stumbled across this blog you will already be aware of my love for Le Metier de Beaute eye shadows. Corinthian is one of Le Metier de Beaute’s most coveted shades and has been out of stock online (and I believe at most counters) for months and months. The day I saw it arrive back in stock on Neiman Marcus online I snatched this baby up! I am thrilled I did. I struggle with finding taupes that work for me. I know that sounds criminal coming from a beauty blogger but for some reason most taupe shades seem to make me look half dead. I have no idea what the issue is but Corinthian does not exhibit it. It has finally made it’s way into my heart and it’s here to stay. I’m no taupe expert but to me this seems to be a plum tinged, warm taupe. It is immensely pigmented and so buttery smooth it almost feels like a cream. Yum!
