The Neiman Marcus Exclusive Crochet Kaleidoscope Tunsian Trist contains four permanent Le Metier de Beaute shades:
- Refresh Eye Brightening & Setting Powder
- Rose Champagne Eye Shadow
- Nutmeg Eye Shadow
- Bordeaux Eye Shadow
The Refresh Eye Brightening & Setting Powder is a perfect match for my skin. It works great as an all over shade to prime the lid and aid in blending and it also works great to set your under eye concealer and brighten up the under eye area. I like that it does not contain any shimmer particles like my go to Laura Mercier Secret Brightening powder does. I do find it make my under eye area look a touch dry though.
Rose Champagne works beautifully as a brow highlight or for the inner corner. It gives a nice glow without being frosty. The pink is subtle and eye brightening.
Nutmeg is a lovely burnished gold. It is indeed very similar to Damask from the upcoming Silk Road Kaleidoscope for Fall/Winter 2011. I think I will do a separate quick post to compare them so it is easier for people to find in searches.
Bordeaux is a rich red brown burgundy. Ya I suck at describing colours! I will do a post comparing this to some other Le Metier de Beaute shades in the near future.
All of the eye shadows had the great pigmentation and blendability I’ve come to expect from Le Metier de Beaute.
