I thought I’d pull out the Chanel Summer 2011 collection Les 4 Ombres quad Lilium out and give it a second chance. I’d only wore it once when I first received and reviewed the summer collection here.
I do like the shades in this palette but I just don’t find they do much for me. The green is gorgeous but I do have a lot of Chanel quads with blackened greens as well as the gorgeous Le Metier de Beaute Kaleidoscope. The taupe shade is pretty but I seem to be the black sheep when it comes to taupe. They just don’t seem to work for me? I don’t know what the problem is. I think I may end up parting with this quad. I guess we’ll see.

I love Chanel shadows because the last very well for me. I also love using the darkest shade in the quad wet to line. Here is how my eyes looked after 12 hours. My brows have wore off a lot (I think I was rubbing them a bit) but my eyeshadow still looks almost exactly the same as it did when I left the house 12 hours earlier.
