I have some beautiful new products to share with you from the Elizabeth Arden Liquid Assets Color Collection.
The Beautiful Color Bold Liquid Lipstick ($28 CAD) is like an intensely pigmented gloss. It offers the full colour coverage and intensity of a lipstick with the glossy shine of a lipgloss. The Resin and Filmogen Polymers offer long wearing shine and hold. They feel like a hydrating balm on the lips thanks to Emollient Ester and Glycerin. There is no stickiness when you first apply them. They just feel silky on the lips. After wearing for a while they seem to set further and begin to have a slight amount of tackiness to increase wear time but nothing uncomfortable. They transfer early on but after setting further they stop transferring. I get about 2-4 hours of wear depending on what I’m doing. You will lose the glossiness first but the colour hangs on for several more hours.

The packaging is amazing. There is a softly tapered felt tipped applicator. The product is dispensed with a unique push/slide up mechanism that pushes the product up through the applicator in a click pen fashion, but the slide up mechanism allows for complete control over the amount of product dispensed. You don’t have to push it all the way up if you don’t want to. You have full control.

I really, really enjoy these. The two colours I have, Lavish Pink and Pink Lover, are so me. They are perfect, gorgeous soft, flattering pinks. They kind of color you can throw on anytime, with any look.
The Beautiful Color Bold Defining 24HR Liquid Eye Liner ($32 CAD) are stunning glitter liners. They offer fully opaque colour with even and generous glitter distribution with a smooth feel and application. I don’t wear liquid liners due to my hooded lids but if I did I would be wearing these. They are so gorgeous.

The long, thin felt tip applicator applies the liner precisely with light pressure and a thicker, more impactful line with more pressure.
Have you tried any new launches from Elizabeth Arden lately? I’m loving the black and gold packaging!
