If you are a lover of blue eyeshadows then you must check out the Dior Summer 2014 5 Couleurs Transat Edition Couture Colour Eyeshadow Palette ($62 CAD) in 344 Atlantique. Finding quality, pigmented, blue eyeshadows can often times be tricky. This palette offers a selection of stunning satin matte robin’s egg blue, warm brown, and bright medium blue. The palette is rounded out with a shimmering deep blue that is not quite navy along with a glitter shade of icy white that flashes blue.
The centre shade is a bit sheer swatched but performs much better on the eye. While I do sometimes wear blue shadows this colour palette was unfortunately not one I could pull off. I’m truly bummed because to behold it in the palette of ultramarine hues brings such joyful feelings of hot summer days with searing blue skies.
