The Dior Summer 2014 Transat Collection brings us a selection of lip products in shades that will take you from day to night. From the beach to dancing on the deck of your yacht under the stars. Ha! Don’t I wish!
The Dior Addict Lip Maximizer in Fresh Pink ($33 CAD) gives the loveliest soft pink tint so your lips while giving them a plump, healthy look with a slight tingle that isn’t at all uncomfortable. I am really loving this product. I didn’t expect the colour to have any effect looking at it in the tube but on the lips it really does give a soft fresh look. I adore how the lip maximizer feels. I have been using it in place of balm on a regular basis and loving my smooth. less lined, lips.
There are two shades of Dior Addict Gloss ($31 CAD)in the Collection. A shimmering golden sand shade called Offshore and a sheer bright poppy called Seafarer. I do find that since Seafarer is sheer it is a bit difficult to get an even application. I think this would work best over a light layer of coordinating lipstick or liner for a glossy poppy pout.
The collection includes two new shades of Dior Addict Lipstick ($33 CAD). A rich mandarin Cruise and the carmine hued Mayday. The bright cool red of Mayday is the perfect pop of bright colour for a summer night out.
The Dior Summer 2014 Transat Collection becomes available May 1st, 2014 nationwide at Dior counters and TheBay.com. The lip products will not be available at Holt Renfrew.
