One of the wonderful things about summer is the release of new Deerskin Nude Tan powders. For the Dior Summer 2015 Tie Dye Collection there are two new Dior Diorskin Nude Tan Tie Dye Edition Blush Harmony palettes ($57 CAD) in 001 Pink Sunrise and 002 Coral Sunset. Each palette comes with a navy velvet storage pouch and it’s own mini kabuki brush. The compact has a brilliant chrome finish with a quilted pattern. These blush harmony powders are absolutely breathtaking. The shade combinations are gorgeous and the powders are finely milled with only a delicate amount of very fine shimmer. Typically these releases tend to be a bit on the shimmery side but these give an absolutely lovely glowing satin finish on the skin.
001 Pink Sunrise has swirls of white, soft nude pink, mid tone pink, and mauve. Swirled together (which is the only way to really apply these) the resulting shade is a beautiful soft pink. It is certainly best suited to those with fair skin as the shade is quite delicate.
002 Coral Sunset is a blend of white, deep warm pink, bright coral, and sunny tangerine. Blended together the resulting shade is a bright cheery tangerine coral. It looks so fresh and healthy looking on the skin. I think this shade is a real winner and unique to my extensive blush collection.
Are you going to pick one or both of these up? I don’t think you’ll be disappointed!
The Dior Summer 2015 Tie Dye Collection collection will be available May 1st, 2015 and the Holt Renfrew Preview began April 1st, 2015. Available at Nordstrom.com now.
