The China Glaze Apocalypse of Color Halloween 2014 Collection is a refreshing change from the usual orange and blacks of Halloween. It is a nice mix of shades, some of which could be worn year round.

Don’t Let the Dead Bite is my favourite in the collection. It is a nude pink base with pink and red glitter of varying shapes and sizes. It’s supposed to look like blood spatter. You could even say it looks kind of like blood and guts. Sounds gross but it looks pretty darn cool!
I Love your Guts is a matte metallic pink with tiny black glitter. The formula gives nice opacity in two coats and has a textured metallic matte finish.
But of Corpse is a matte metallic green with tiny black glitter. The formula and finish are the same as I Love your Guts.

Getting to Knaw You is a beautiful black jelly with copper glitter. I did put a top coat on my swatch but you need a thicker top coat, or two coats, to get a smoother glossy finish as this polish does have some texture.
Rest in Pieces is a glitter top coat with varying sizes and shapes of gold and black glitter in a clear base. It applies fairly evenly but you have to work at getting any of the larger black glitter.
Goulish Glow is a re-release of the glow in the dark top coat. It adds a hazy shimmer over the polish you apply it over. Sorry I didn’t do a proper glowing swatch.

My apologies for the nail wheel swatches. I just received this collection and I wanted to get it up prior to halloween. I’m still struggling to get my nubbins to grow!
