Charlotte Tilbury is one of my absolute favorite brands, so when I hear about new products being launched I get very excited! The collection is very well curated and Charlotte doesn’t inundate us with endless limited edition or seasonal releases. You know that when a new product joins the line it’s going to be good!
The latest launch is the Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Collection. This collection includes new cream contour and highlighting products, a new complexion brush. and a new range of matte liquid lipsticks.
The Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Contour Wand ($38 US/$50 CAD) in the shade Light/Medium is a dream come true. This colour is so perfect! It’s not so cool as to look like a bruise but it is not so warm that it looks more like a bronzer than a contour. It’s the perfect balance for a healthy and natural looking contour effect. I am completely smitten with it! The formula features Siloxanes that give it it’s lightweight & dry feel upon application. It blends out so effortlessly for incredibly natural results. The formula is creamy yet fluid. I just love it! There is also a Medium/Dark option available.
The Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Beauty Light Wand Highlighter ($50 CAD) is absolutely stunning. The colour is gorgeous. It’s a soft champagne that is incredibly flattering. The formula features Oleogel which gives it it’s high gloss, highlighted effect without visible glitter so it looks just as good in daylight as it does by candle light or even in HD. It is so, so pretty! It blends beautifully into the skin but I found I preferred patting it onto the skin or using a sponge rather than buffing in with a brush.
These wands are squeeze tubes with a sponge tip applicator. You have to twist the neck of the tube to open it and release product.
The Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Complexion Brush ($50 CAD) is a dream to work with. It is so soft and blends creams and liquids into the face beautifully. This cruelty-free, synthetic, dual ended brush a flat top on one end for blending out larger areas, and an angled smaller end for doing more precise blending for things like nose contouring. This is my first time trying a Charlotte Tilbury brush and I think I need to try more!
The new Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Lips ($39 CAD) is a new liquid matte lipstick formula available in 13 shades. The formula feels light and mousse-y with beeswax to seal in hydration and comfort. They are formulated with anti-ageing sea lavender, hyaluronic acid, and collagen boosting actives to smooth and plump lips for a youthful effect. You can apply a thin layer for a soft matte effect or build up the colour for a more impactful matte look. The formula doesn’t crack or suck the life out of lips over time. The crescent shaped applicator allows you to really hug the curve of the lips for the perfect application. I have the shade Dolly Bird which is a cool toned pale pink. It is actually much more of a nude toned pink than the website images reflect. I think for the most part the website swatches aren’t the most accurate representation of the shades. I recommend searching for some IRL swatches when picking out your shade.

So nice to read that you are loving the new CT Hollywood collection. I tried her 2016 Nordstrom anniversary palette, and it was too glittery for me, so I never revisited her products. I’m a bit leary of the bronzer because it is pulling orange on many bloggers. What has me intrigued is the Highlighting wand and brush. I have to give that a try.
Which bronzer have you seen pulling orange? Do you mean this contour wand? It didn’t pull warm or orange on me at all (and things often do). It’s lovely!
