The packaging for this product is genius. The cooling applicator tip is shaped, and detailed, like a little (smooth-o-magic Glide) iron. Not only is this clothes iron tip adorable it is also perfectly practical for application of this refreshing eye gel. The tapered tip fits right into the inner corner of your eye. It feels so cool and soothing under the eyes and instantly makes your eyes feel more awake. The cool tip and peptide blend both work to reduce the look of puffiness.
The formula has light diffusing particles to brighten. Puff Off! feels smooth and silky, not greasy, absorbing quickly into the skin and performs beautifully under makeup. You can even pat it over your makeup later in the day to refresh the undereye area.
