This week your Top Ten Tuesday team of Beauty Bloggers is sharing our Top Ten Winter Skincare picks. Most of us find the transition to dry winter air and indoor heating requires an adjustment in our skincare regimes. Here are some products that I turn to as my sunlit dewy mornings turn to dark and frost covered ones.

In no particular order:
Dior Capture Totale One Essential Ultra-Detox Treatment MaskI admit I haven’t actually tried this mask but I have tried the Capture Totale Serum with great results and I have heard amazing things about this resurfacing mask that has the highest concentration of Dior’s Capture Totale detoxing ingredients. I am always on the hunt for a great mask and this is high on my wishlist.
L’Occitane Hand Cream– I use hand cream like it’s going out of style during the colder months. I find any exposure to the cold air without gloves on results in dry, chapped hands for me. I love these L’Occitane Hand Creams and this set comes with an assortment to try in purse perfect sizes.
La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Recovery Accelerator– I use this product when the eczema on my chin and around my nose flares up to soothe and heal.
Eucerin Professional Repair Body Lotion– I find during the winter months it is important to exfoliate the skin to keep it smooth and free of icky dry flakies. You can use a manual scrub but I am usually too lazy and rushed to take the time to do this in the shower. Using a body lotion containing Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs) like this cream from Eucerin provides chemical exfoliation and intense hydration.
Lansinoh HPA Lanolin for Nursing Mothers – I have spoke many times about my holy grail lip balm. I certainly couldn’t survive the winter without this product. It is also great to apply to any other areas of the skin that get dry and chapped.
Weleda Skin Food – This is an exceptionally rich cream that I love using as a hand cream in the winter and well as on other areas of my skin that tend to get really dry.
Weleda Almond Soothing Facial Oil– I adore facial oils and this soothing oil from Weleda feels great on my sensitive skin when it is ravished by the cold air and winter winds.
KORRES Body Butter– I need really rich moisturizers in the winter months but get annoyed sometimes getting product out of the usual tubs and spreading it on my skin. I adore the KORRES Body Butters because the are in a squeeze tube and rub easily into the skin while still maintaining the ultra rich hydration of a body butter.
DIOR Huile Abricot Daily Nutritive Serum – Going hand in hand (pun intended) with winter ravaged hands is ragged and dry cuticles and nails. This cuticle and nail treatment oil from Dior keeps nails and cuticles healthy and beautiful.
CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser– I use cleansing oils year round to remove my makeup and like to follow up with another cleanser. During the summer months I may use a cleanser that is geared towards treating skin issues like pigmentation but when my skin gets more sensitive in the cooler weather I like to keep things as gentle as possible with a non stripping cream cleanser like this favourite from CeraVe.
